When we worked for a leading vendor of mobile robotics solutions, we saw how many clients were getting lost in conflicting proposals and endless analyses. That’s when we realized what they truly needed was an impartial perspective, one that prioritized their goals over any specific technology.
Javier Miguélez
We are members of ARME (Spanish Mobile Robotics Association). Javier is the current president and one of its eight founders, while Eva serves on its board of directors.
Moving Robots was born from the vision of Javier Miguélez, a leading figure in mobile robotics and former Business Development Director at ASTI. In 2019, he identified the need to offer a vendor-agnostic and objective consultancy to support warehouse automation, optimize production planning, and improve intralogistics.
That same year, he began his journey as a vendor-agnostic expert in mobile robotics and logistics consulting, advising decision-makers across industries on how to automate with clarity and confidence.
In 2022, driven by her passion and hands-on experience with large AGV and AMR fleets and custom solutions Eva Santamartajoined the company as CEO, helping scale up the number of projects delivered.
Eva is passionate about people, customer experience, and business management. She brings strong leadership experience from international companies and holds a degree in business administration.
Javier and Eva met at ASTI, where Eva spent over 7 years designing logistics solutions with mobile robotics.
After their success as freelancers,
they decided to create Moving Robots to meet the growing demand.
